What does the refund guarantee cover?

What happens to my HQ Vault access if I cancel my membership?

You retain full HQ Vault access until the end of your current billing period. Once the period ends, access closes. You can rejoin HQ Vault at any time.

Please note that the founding member price applies only to continuous active memberships — if a founding member cancels and later rejoins, the rejoining rate is the then-current standard rate, not the founding rate.

What happens when the 50 founding seats are filled?

The founding member offer closes permanently. The HQ Vault page updates to the standard pricing. Founding members who joined before the cap was reached retain their original rate for the life of their active subscription. There is no waitlist.

What is standard pricing?

The standard pricing will be announced before it takes effect. Founding members are not affected by the standard pricing as long as their subscription remains continuously active.

Is there a free trial?
